Common questions
How do I restore my unlock on a new phone?
Open the Products tab, tap the "Unlock unlimited products" row, then tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
What does the free version include?
Everything except library size. The free version holds 3 products. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited products. There's no subscription.
How does the planner decide how to load?
It tries the simplest loading first: one layer with everything lengthwise. If that doesn't fit, it turns products that are allowed to turn, then stacks products that are allowed to stack, then does both. The floor plan tells you which one it used.
Does it check weight or axle limits?
No. Load Planner only checks space: floor length, width and height. Always follow your company's rules and legal weight limits, and secure every load properly.
Where are my products and loads saved?
Only on your iPhone. They're included in your normal iCloud or computer backup, so they come back if you restore or move to a new phone from a backup. Deleting the app deletes them.
